Our Returns Policy makes it easy to return an item! You can return items to a store with a printable receipt or via a delivery service by contacting Hope I Get. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Items must be returned within 90 days. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will issue a full credit for gifts that are returned in new condition and in original packaging within 90 days of the shipment date. After 90 days, no returns will be accepted. Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return and issue a credit to hopeiget.com.
There are two ways to return items:
1. Return directly to the store along with 2 printouts of the Return Form (below).
2. Return shipping to Hope I Get coordinated through the Hope I Get office;
the cost deducted from the store credit issued to the customer.
Return/Exchange Directly at the Store
You can return an item to a store in just a few steps:
1. Contact Hope I Get at info@hopeiget.com to verify which store you must visit.
2. Bring the following with you to the Vendor's store:
♦ Your new and unused item and all product packaging and accessories.
♦ Two copies of the Return Form- one copy the store will keep and the other
copy you will keep.
♦ A form of personal identification.
3. At the vendor's store, you may exchange the item for an item of equal value at
the vendor's currently list price or return for a full Hope I Get credit.
Return Shipping to Hope I Get
1. Contact Hope I Get at info@hopeiget.com to coordinate shipping pick-up.
2. Re-pack box securely and ready for delivery.
3. Print and fill out the Returns Form.
4. You will be issued a full credit at hopeiget.com. For your convenience, the cost of
return shipping will be deducted from your credited amount. If the return is a result
of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 054-663-9947 or email us at customer.service@hopeiget.com. Damaged good must be declared within 7 days of arrival. If your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will then pickup the damaged item and have a working product returned to you.
