Hope I Get offers you shipping via a designated local shipping company. The shipping time includes order processing time.

The following shipping options are available:
Standard shipping: 8-12 business* days
Expedited shipping: 3-8 business* days
Express shipping: 1-2 business* days

- For Express shipping the order must be placed by 4:00 pm Israel time (GMT +2).
- Express shipping is limited to major cities.

*Business days in Israel are: Sunday- Thursday, Friday until 12.00 (GMT +2); except Jewish and Israeli holidays.

Regular Orders

All regular (non-registry) orders will be shipped by the Standard shipping option (8-12 business days), unless another shipping option is selected during the checkout process. Shipping charges are based on a per vendor per order basis.

Registry Orders

All items purchased for a particular registry will automatically have delayed shipping and will be delivered on a convenient date personally selected by the registrant, after the event. Shipping charges are based on a per vendor, per order basis according to the city selected when creating the registry.
After the event, when you are ready to close your registry and to receive your gifts, you must go through the Registry Checkout process. Please login to your profile page by clicking on "My Home" at hopeiget.com and then click on "Checkout". Please follow the instructions and provide the necessary information in order to complete the closure of your registry and the delivery of your gifts. You will be asked to provide us with a convenient shipping date. Please note that we require at least 2 weeks to process, fill and deliver an entire registry order.

Please be aware that if at checkout time the shipping city  is changed additional shipping costs maybe charged according to the rates table below.

Shipping Rates and Destinations
Hope I Get does its best to negotiate the best quality service and rates for shipping. Due to the rural countryside in which many Israeli towns are located, shipping destinations affect the total cost of the shipping rates.

The following destinations have been categorized into regions for the sole purpose of defining Shipping Destination and have no other implied or subversive meaning:

Region 1 – Gush Dan Region (including Herzliya, Petah Tikvah, Raanana, Rishon Lezion and Tel Aviv) and Jerusalem
Region 2 – Ashdod, Ashkelon, Beit Shemesh, Haifa and Surrounding Areas, Modiin/Maccabim/Reut, Netanya
Region 3 – Maale Adumim, Southern Region (including Arad, Kiryat Gat, Netivot and Ofakim) and Lower Galilee Region (including Karmiel, Pardes Hanna-Karkur and             Yokneam)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Region 4 – Afula, Judea and Samaria Regions (including Ariel, Betar Illit, Chashmonaim and the Gush Etzion Block), Southern Region (including Beersheba and Dimona), Upper Galilee Region (including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safed and Tiberias)
Region 5 – Eilat and the Arava, Palestinian Authority and Ramat HaGolan

Please note that additional charges may be added in certain situations for items that are breakable or for shipping very large or heavy orders.

Due to the fluctuating currency conversion of the USD to the Israeli Shekel, Hope I Get reserves the right to change its shipping price to cover shipping costs. All prices will be updated on the website. 

Shipping Insurance
Insurance is included in the price and therefore if a package is delivered damaged, please call Hope I Get right away at 054-663-9947 or email us at customer.service@hopeiget.com to organize a return. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. You will have the option to return the item to the store or to ship it back to Hope I Get (please see our "Easy Returns" page for instructions). We want you to be completely satisfied with every Hope I Get purchase.

Signing for Deliveries
Hope I Get employs private delivery companies to deliver all packages. As a result, all packages must be signed for and a delivery representative will call to coordinate and confirm the delivery time and day. If a time has been coordinated with the recipient cancellation must take place at least 10 hour prior to the delivery or a storage fine of 20$ will be charged. If the shipper arrives but the recipient is not home to collect and sign for the package at that designated time, there will be a 100% charge for re-delivery of the package.
